Another old but good puzzle this week.
Two sisters were talking to each other and some of their friends. The first sister pointed to a boy playing with a ball and said "He is my nephew". The second sister then pointed to the same boy and said "But he is not my nephew".
How is this explained?

Both sisters could be married with children.
The boy is a nephew to one sister and a son to the other.
