On 21st February 2022 Alan Jones, one of the question setters at Quiz Master Shop, won £9,000 on The Chase in a solo final chase against Paul Sinha. As you can imagine, all of us here are extremely proud of Alan.

According to the statistics site for The Chase, One Question Shootout, Alan became only the 24th solo winner in the show's history. In addition, he answered 31 questions correctly across the show, which places him equal fifth since the questions got harder in Series 6.
