What does it mean?
And was it definitely left deliberately?
A student has typed this message in a hurry and has pressed the key to the left of the correct key for each letter, which gives the original message as:
SORRY BUT FEELING UNWELL KEN
Typists with a good level of proficiency do not need to look at the keys, so Ken might have typed the message inadvertently by shifting left without noticing. So it is not definitely deliberate.
