Dutch Reach Quiz Puzzle - Follow Up

Two days ago we asked which of the following expressions are not derogatory, altering the following word to mean its opposite.

Dutch Gold, Dutch Treat, Dutch Barn, Dutch Courage, Dutch Cousins and Dutch Wife.

Dutch Gold is an inferior metal alloy.

Dutch Treat is where each person shares the cost of the treat.

Dutch Courage is not real courage, but that derived from alcohol.

Dutch Cousins are merely friends and not related.

Dutch Wife is a woman of low morals!

Which means the answer is Dutch Barn, which is only a style of barn common in the Netherlands, and not derogatory in the slightest.
